vemvem® builds its wholesale partnerships on trust, aiming for a healthy and sustainable retail ecosystem.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before your first order, as they are designed to ensure smooth operations and protect our brand.

* All wholesale discounts are based on MSRP listed in USD on vemvem®'s official US website.
* The indicated order value refers to the discounted total (wholesale price).
* MOQ guideline: At least 2 pcs per size per color per item (including apparel & accessories).
* Discounts may vary depending on season, quantity, and partner tier.
* For long-term qualified partners, additional discounts may be applied on a per-item basis.
* Trial Orders meeting sufficient value may be treated as Standard orders.
##Order & Payment
- Send orders to hello@vemvem.com with product name, quantity, and color (if applicable).
- You will receive an invoice within 1–2 business days, including product total + international shipping fee.
- Payment options include international wire transfer and credit card via a secure payment link.
- All payments are in USD and must be completed in advance.
- Exchange rate differences and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping preparation begins once payment is confirmed.
##Fulfillment & Lead Time
- Orders typically ship within 7 business days of confirmation.
- Pre-order items follow production schedules; large volume orders may require individual guidance.
##Shipping & Freight
- All items ship from Korea. Shipping is charged at actual cost via SAGAWA or EMS.
- Average delivery time to Japan is 3–7 business days, but may vary due to logistics or seasonal delays.
- Shipping to forwarding addresses is restricted. Dropshipping is not supported.
##Backorder Policy
- Out-of-stock items will be marked as backordered and shipped automatically upon restock.
- Please request cancellation at the time of order or upon notification.
##Retail Policy (MSRP)
- vemvem® encourages retail pricing aligned with the MSRP to protect brand integrity and customer experience.
- In Japan and similar import-based markets, a retail markup of up to 25% over MSRP is acceptable.
- Discounts of up to 15% from MSRP are allowed without prior approval. Extended or greater discounts require written consent.
- Unauthorized discounts, brand-disruptive pricing, or dumping practices may result in suspension of wholesale status.
##Returns & Exchanges
- Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted for defects or damage during shipping.
- All claims must be submitted via email within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.
- Unauthorized returns and change-of-mind requests are not accepted. If stock is unavailable, item value will be credited to the next order.
##Brand Protection & Marketplace Policy
- Sales through Amazon, Rakuten, eBay, Qoo10, or other third-party marketplaces are prohibited.
- Use of vemvem®-related keywords (e.g., "vemvem", "vemvem suit") in paid search ads is not allowed.
- Product descriptions, images, and logos may be used only within the bounds of brand consistency.
- Violations may result in restriction or termination of wholesale eligibility.
